The Online Estate Sale Auction – A 3 week process from start to finish
- Client agrees to allow A Clear Path to partner with Max Sold for the purpose of selling items that the client owns and has the right to sell through the Max Sold auction website
- Client understands that A Clear Path has no control of the auction final sale price, the client agrees to the final sale price on Max Sold. Once item is listed, the auction will run the full course and must be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price
- Client agrees to give A Clear Path access to the property for the purpose of photographing items to be listed and described on the Max Sold auction site
- Client also agrees to allow winning bidders on to the property on a specified date to pick up the sold items Client will receive 70% of the sale price
- Max Sold charges 30%
- Max Sold sells to the highest bidder, no reserves or minimums. All bidding starts at $1.00
- Most of the bidding is done in the final hours of the auction

- Step 1: Prep items home for auction
- 3 Organizers
- 1-4 days @ 8-hours/day (typically)
- Step 2: Launch and monitor auction
- Office manager works remotely
- Time: 10-days
- Step 3: Sale days(s)
- Clear Path arrives at 9AM to facilitate pick-up.
- Direct buyers to their items in the house
- Step 4: Remove trash/donations
- The clear out team arrives to remove all trash, donate all unsold and remaining items and leave the home clear and broom clean.
